Fiduciary
A fiduciary is an organization or an individual entrusted to act on behalf of another person or organization while keeping their clients’ interests above their own and acting in their client's best interests.
For example, the mutual fund house has a fiduciary duty to invest the funds given by the investors of their funds promptly while acting in their best interests.
